Made in Movember

Well, finally after many years of threatening, its finally happened….. I’ve signed up for Movember!!!!My dad has always had a fine Mo, see below, and he would not be the same without it, but Ive never quite gotten around to having a go myself. Being the only male in a house of ladies does tend to lead to requests to shave but its only fair that the ladies (aged 6 and 8) see what a handsome Mo their dad can grow!

My inspiration!          How do I look?

As with all things that make you look slightly ridiculous, this is for charity and so for all those who feel a silly looking media lawyer is a good thing, please support the cause and make a donation on my MoSpace page… generic viagra canadian drug http://www.

We achieve this by challenging men to grow moustaches during Movember (the month formerly known as November) to raise funds and spark conversations for prostate cancer, testicular cancer and mental health problems.

Thanks to the support of more than four million Mo Bros and Mo Sistas, Movember has raised £345 million and funded over 800 programmes in 21 countries.
WHYMen are typically more indifferent towards their health when compared to the efforts of women, who proactively manage and publicly address their health concerns. As a result, levels of awareness, understanding and funding support for men’s health issues lag significantly behind that of other causes.

Using the moustache as a catalyst for conversation, Movember hopes to bring about change by providing men the opportunity to learn and talk about their health more openly and by encouraging men to take action.FUNDSMovember’s vision is to have an everlasting impact on the face of men’s health. To achieve this, Movember is committed to investing funds in initiatives that support prostate cancer, testicular cancer and mental health in the following programme areas:
•    Awareness and education
•    Living with and beyond cancer
•    Staying mentally healthy, living with and beyond mental illness
•    Research
